Nehemiah didn’t rebuild the walls of Jerusalem (at least not most of them).

Joshua didn’t conquer the land (at least not most of it).

Paul didn’t evangelise mainland Europe (at least not most of it).

You get the idea.

We seem to want to give credit to one man for the great deeds done by communities.

Seeing a thousand churches planted in a generation, seeing millions of people reached and seeing the fabric of our communities transformed can happen.

But it’s not a one man gig.

We can do it if we do it together.

Pick up a trowel and get building.

There is plenty of wall to go around.
