Cosmic Synergia (Romans 8:28)

Rom 8:28  And we know that for those who love God all
things work together for good, for those who are called
according to his purpose.
A special use that does not necessarily involve human effort at
all.
It’s a verse that includes words which are precious to us in the
mission conversation, like “calling” and God’s purpose.
We are reminded that we are caught up in something much
bigger than ourselves and far beyond human labour or the “-
ergia” part of synergia – God’s great plan.
Essential because mission is such a high-pressure
environment.
Far above the challenging things that happen in our families or
in our health, in our personal circumstances.
Far above the tough things at national or international level, like
elections, or being thrown out of a country, or wars and
traumatic experiences.
All things are working together, are conspiring together, to
continue to extend the mission of God.
