The Lord Worked with them (Mark 16:20)

Mar 16:20  And they went out and preached everywhere,
while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the
message by accompanying signs.
Having looked at a few examples of horizontal (human to
human) synergia, we now turn to the use of this word to
describe divine-human synergia.
“These signs will follow those who believe.” (Mk 16:17)
Commission / promise / shared endeavour
You go into all the world, and these things will follow you. A
promise demanding a step of faith.
A divine synergia of God working with people as they take his
word seriously and obey it.
