What data we collect and why
Account registration
When you create an account on Broadcast Network, we collect your username and email address. This is used to manage your access to courses and resources on the platform. We use LearnDash to manage course enrolment and track your progress.
Course application forms
Some courses require you to submit an application via a form on the site. These forms collect your name, email address, church details and church leader information. This data is shared with the course provider (Unreached) for the purpose of processing your application.
Email newsletter
If you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your name and email address. This is managed via Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
Cookies and login
When you log in to the site, we set cookies to manage your session. These expire when you log out or after two weeks if you select “Remember me.”
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data about pages visited and time spent on site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Third party services
We use the following third party services which may process your data:
- Brevo — transactional email delivery (password resets, notifications)
- Mailchimp — email newsletter management
- Google Analytics — website analytics
- SiteGround — website hosting (servers based in the EU)
- LearnDash — course management
How long we retain your data
User account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Form submission data is retained for as long as necessary to process your application. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
