Your Church Planting Team – Audit

For each of the types of people mentioned in this lesson, think about the team you currently have.

Do you:

(a) Have somebody on your team who meets that need?

(b) Know somebody who you may be able to recruit to the team who meets that need?

(c) Need to seek God and pray somebody like that into the team?

Note down your answers.

For every (a) make a point of talking with that person about the role they can play.

For every (b) there are conversations to have with those people to encourage them to join your planting team.

For every (c) add the need to your prayer list, and make a point of regularly bringing these needs to the Lord.
